Living Alone in Germany for the First Time

I don’t think I’ve ever properly shared how I ended up in Germany.

Because it wasn’t one big decision, it was actually a lot of small moments along the way that led me here.

One of the biggest was a ski season I did just after school, living alone in a tiny village in the Alps - it was fun, chaotic and a bit crazy at times. 

But it also ended up being my first real home away from home.
